In order to achieve strategic objectives, offer an effective and innovative service, focused on the needs and satisfaction of its customers, harmonize the economic, social and environmental dimensions in a harmonious and balanced way in a sustainable development model and achieve the highest levels of safety in a safe working environment for everyone, complying with the legislation, MICROTERA is in the implementation phase of an Integrated Management System (SGI) according to the norms NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality ISO 9001), NP EN ISO 14001: 2015 (Environment ISO 14001) and NP ISO 45001 (Safety and Health at Work ISO 45001).

MICROTERA, is a company providing services and selling materials and equipment in the areas of telecommunications, information technology and electricity / electronics.
Our activity is developed to respect the balance between our ideals, vocation and our obligation of responsible citizenship in the social and environmental domains.
The integrated Quality, Environment, Safety and Health at Work policy reflects our mission, vision and values, based on the following guiding principles:
- Satisfy the needs of customers and partners, meeting their expectations;
- Promote excellence and continuous improvement of our activities, to increase efficiency, competitiveness and customer loyalty
- Optimize costs and delivery times, through the correct use of available resources.
- Guarantee the continuous improvement of the GIS, revising it periodically;
- Identify, assess and minimize environmental impacts and guarantee the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution and other relevant commitments;
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for its employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with legislation;
- Identify, evaluate and control the risks for OSH, promoting the prevention of injuries, injuries and damages to the health of employees;
- Promote the training and information of employees on the risks inherent in the activities, making them aware of compliance with safety standards;
- Promote the professional development of employees, ensuring the adequacy of their skills to the functions they perform;
- Promote consultation of workers, providing access to clear information and appropriate mechanisms and removing any barriers to their participation;
- Ensure the disclosure, communication, understanding and application of the Policy to all interested parties, and people who work under the organization’s control.
- Provide adequate resources for the establishment and review of quality, environmental and OHS objectives and targets.
